Brazil Fazenda Guariroba – a coffee rooted in the 19th century. Located in the fertile soil of Santo Antônio do Amparo, the story of the farm unfolds over five generations, ending up in the hands of Homero Aguiar Paiva.
Homero took over the management of the centennial Fazenda Cachoeira, and together with his brother, Renato Paiva, selected the best coffee varieties, thus giving birth to the Guariroba farm – a tribute to the land of their maternal grandparents.
Rooted in a privileged terroir and cultivated with the help of the family’s vast knowledge, Guariroba is a testament to excellence in the production of specialty coffees.
In the skilled hands of Gabriel Lamounier Vieira and Elisei Paiva Lamounier, this farm has become a symbol of Brazilian coffee. Recognized in the Cup Of Excellence, Gurariroba represents the culmination of dedication and expertise.
At an altitude of 1150 meters, the Topazio beans go through a natural anaerobic process. Tasting notes: honeysuckle, lemon cake, apricot and hazelnut.
Specialty coffee, 100% Arabica, carefully grown in a clearly defined geographical area, carefully picked, selected, processed and roasted in small batches according to origin and processing method.
