Colombia Black Condor is a single-origin coffee from Colombia, grown in the Tolima region at La Roma farm by the Black Condor Project. It comes from Caturra and Castillo varieties, processed using the washed method. The cup profile reveals notes of almond, caramel, red fruits, and panela.
This is a specialty coffee, 100% Arabica, carefully grown in a well-defined geographical area, handpicked, selected, processed, and roasted in small batches to highlight the unique characteristics of its origin and processing method.
