Colombia Carlos Vergara is a single-origin coffee from Huila, Colombia, grown at an altitude of 1650 m. It comes from the Santa Elena farm, run by Carlos Vergara, and features the renowned Gesha variety. The Washed – Tropical process results in a vibrant and layered flavor profile. Tasting notes include apricots, amaretto, and tropical fruits.

This is a specialty coffee, 100% Arabica, carefully grown in a well-defined geographical area, handpicked, selected, processed, and roasted in small batches to highlight the unique characteristics of its origin and processing method.
