Colombia Santa Monica is a coffee from the Armenia, Quindio region of Colombia, produced at the Santa Mónica farm by Jairo Arcila. The beans come from the Pink Bourbon variety and are processed using a honey method combined with rose tea. Tasting notes include rose petals, cardamom, raisins, and brown sugar. This coffee is recommended for filter preparation, due to its delicate aromas.
