Costa Rica Volcan Azul is a single-origin coffee from the Central and West Valley regions of Costa Rica, grown at an altitude of 1600m. Produced by Alejo Castro Kahle at the Volcan Azul farm, it comes from the H1 variety, a hybrid known for its resilience and aromatic complexity. The beans are naturally processed, creating a sweet and fruity cup. Tasting notes include almonds, sour cherry, and nougat.

This is a specialty coffee, 100% Arabica, carefully grown in a well-defined geographical area, handpicked, selected, processed, and roasted in small batches to highlight the unique characteristics of its origin and processing method.
