Kune Mexic Fulda is a coffee from the Chiapas region of Mexico, grown at an altitude of 1,300-1,450 m by producer Rainer Boehme. The beans come from Catuai, Caturra, Catimor, Costa Rica, and Sachimor varieties and are processed using the washed method. Tasting notes include almonds, stone fruits, nuts, and caramel. It is an ideal coffee for espresso.
Kune is specially created for fully automatic espresso machines. Made from 100% Arabica, Kune has high solubility, which helps achieve a medium-to-full-bodied coffee with intense notes of cocoa and chocolate, along with a subtle hint of dried fruits. The acidity is delicate, almost absent, making it perfect for those who seek a full-bodied espresso or a sweet cappuccino.
The name “Kune” comes from Esperanto and means “together” – a symbol of the coffee-loving community. With a roasting profile tailored to each batch, it delivers a touch of perfection in every cup.
