La Catedral is a blend of origin from Colombia and Ecuador, sourced from the Santa Gertrudis and Santa Monica farms located in Loja and Armenia, Quindio, at altitudes ranging from 1100 to 1800 m. It features a combination of Gesha and Castillo varieties, offering a complex and aromatic profile. The tasting notes are floral, red berries, peaches, and plums.
