Free delivery for orders over 200 lei applies exclusively to Romania.
Delivery methods

We want you to receive your daily dose of your favorite coffee, so we offer the following delivery methods:
⚫ International shipping
International delivery is available within the EU.
For orders outside the EU, it is necessary to contact us by email (shop@meron.coffee) with a price request, including your full name, full address (including postcode), desired products and no. of pieces.
Orders are delivered from our roastery in Florești, Cluj and reach their destination in 4-7 working days (excluding public holidays, cases of force majeure or fortuitous events) from the moment the parcel is picked up by the courier company.
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 10:00 am (local time) are processed the same day* and delivered to the courier. Orders placed after 10am are processed the next working day*.

*except for roast-on-demand orders (rarities, discovery box & yellow bags), where roasting takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
⚫ National transport through the courier company Cargus
Orders are delivered from Meron Roastery in Florești, Cluj and arrive at their destination within 1-3 working days from handing over the package to the courier.
The cost of delivery is 13 lei throughout the country (rates include VAT).
Orders registered from Monday to Friday before 13:00 are processed and prepared on the same day*, and then handed over to the courier for delivery. Orders registered after 13:00 will be processed on the next working day.
Due to the fact that the delivery is made through a third party agent, we cannot guarantee the quality of this service. But for any problem regarding the delivery process, do not hesitate to contact us.

⚫ Pickup from Meron locations
Orders can be ordered to be picked up from any of our coffee shops.
Parcels are sent to locations in Cluj-Napoca on Tuesdays and Fridays, and to locations in the rest of the country on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. However, the delivery time is 1-7 working days.
Once your order is processed and ready you will be notified by email. Once it arrives at the location, you will be notified by call or text.
⚫ Pickup from Meron Roastery
Orders can be picked up from Meron Roastery in Florești, str. Balastierei, no. 20, Cluj, 407280, between 08:00 and 14:00.
Orders registered from Monday to Friday before 12:00 are processed and prepared the same day*. Orders placed after 12pm will be available the next working day*.
