Brazil Sarava is a single-origin coffee from Brazil, grown in the Minas Gerais region at an altitude of 1000–1150 m. It is produced by Urban Family at Coromandel farm, from the Arara and Catuai varieties. This coffee is Naturally processed, offering tasting notes of almonds, caramel, and cherries.
This is a specialty coffee, 100% Arabica, carefully grown in a well-defined geographical area, handpicked, selected, processed, and roasted in small batches to highlight the unique characteristics of its origin and processing method.
