Colombia Carambolo is a single-origin coffee from Colombia, grown in the Pitalito, Huila region at an altitude of 1800 m. It is produced by Nestor Lasso and Johan Vergara, from the Tabi and Yellow Colombia varieties. This coffee is double fermentation processed, offering tasting notes of dried peach, yellow apple, and red currant.

This is a specialty coffee, 100% Arabica, carefully grown in a well-defined geographical area, handpicked, selected, processed, and roasted in small batches to highlight the unique characteristics of its origin and processing method.
