Panama Mount Totumas is a single-origin coffee from Panama, grown in the Chiriqui, Boquete region at an altitude of 1800–2100 m. It is produced by Karin de la Rosa at Mount Totumas farm, from the Gesha variety. This coffee is Naturally processed, offering tasting notes of magnolia, orange, and mango.
This is a specialty coffee, 100% Arabica, carefully grown in a well-defined geographical area, handpicked, selected, processed, and roasted in small batches to highlight the unique characteristics of its origin and processing method.
