Panama Ninety Plus is a single-origin coffee from Panama, grown in the Volcan Baru National Park region at an altitude of 1540 m. It is produced by Joseph Brodsky at the Ninety Plus farm, from the Gesha variety. The processing method is Criolic Folio, with tasting notes of cascara, rhubarb, and lemon candy.
This is a specialty coffee, 100% Arabica, carefully grown in a well-defined geographical area, handpicked, selected, processed, and roasted in small batches to highlight the unique characteristics of its origin and processing method.
